At Go & Get Fit, my goal is to help you improve your overall wellbeing and reconnect with yourself. I offer one-on-one personalised training in a private studio — a space where you can slow down, be fully present, and focus on what really matters: your health, balance, and long-term goals.

Achieving your goals starts with a chat — getting to know you and what you want to accomplish. From there, we’ll arrange a time to have a face to face catch-up to understand your current health. You’ll get access to the Go & Get Fit app, where your workouts and progress are tracked. I provide ongoing coaching and daily check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable. All sessions take place in a private, fully equipped studio—no crowds, no distractions.

The studio is located in Sydney, NSW, just 10 minutes from the CBD and close to Waterloo, Kensington, Moore Park, Rosebery, Alexandria, and Zetland.
