Simon’s fun and energetic attitude to fitness, health and life in general is very contagious. Even on days where I don’t feel great, and the last thing I feel like doing is training, he always manages to brighten the mood to take my mind off it. Our sessions involve a lot of laughter which is a great distraction to the actual exercising (and good for your tummy muscles!) - sometimes I can’t believe how quickly 60 mins goes!
